As a Small Business owner you are required by necessity to wear many different hats. You must be an expert in sales and marketing; customer management; product development; and delivering the product to your customer.

In addition to those day to day concerns, you must also be able to maintain a proper accounting system and decipher large quantities of financial information to ensure the profitability of your business. As if that is not enough, you must also stay in compliance with the numerous taxing agencies by timely filing and properly preparing the reports these agencies require.

The Business Advisor Program (BAP) is a comprehensive group of services that when used together will provide you with timely and relevant financial information you can use to maximize the profits and the long-term growth of your business.

The BAP allows you to actively manage the future direction of your business by allowing you to make decisions based on where you are at today. The BAP, in part, focuses on providing you with up-to-date accurate financial statements you can believe in.

Using the historical financial data we prepare your Business Performance Report which not only gives you summarized financial statements, it utilizes fourteen different financial ratios to assess the financial strength of your business. These ratios are then conveniently graphed so you can see the direction in which your business is trending.

We know from experience that with out a road map it is harder to get where you are going. With this in mind we prepare a 24 month cash flow projection for the business. This projection is an excellent management tool. The projection will help keep the business on track to meet its goals and objectives.

The BAP is also designed to help you minimize the taxes you must pay each year to the federal government. This is accomplished by taking a proactive approach to taxes. Before the end of each year your advisor will prepare an income tax projection and discuss tax strategies you may be able to implement to reduce your overall tax burden. Included in the BAP are unlimited phone calls. Your advisor and the staff of RBM are available Monday through Friday to help resolve issues as they arise.
